How did Tiny Tables come to be?

In 2018, a client posed an interesting problem: How might we add occasional tables to our living area without cluttering our space? Our client had downsized, moving from a 3,500-square-foot house to a 1,000-square-foot loft. Their one beautifully designed coffee table simply wasn’t large enough. Guests needed to leave their seats to set down a coffee cup, find a surface for an appetizer plate, or keep a glass of wine within reach.

Simply put: Places to put things.

Together, we identified the need not for another large coffee table, but for several Tiny Tables, a dozen in all. Each Tiny Table needed to support a phone, a cup, a book, a pair of glasses, any small necessity. Each needed to be beautiful, functional, lightweight.
Tiny Tables hold the small things we carry, but want to put down and keep nearby — coffee cups, cocktails, glasses, controllers and remotes. Once you have a Tiny Table, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. One might not be enough!
